Kate Lanz has an outstanding track record of success as a senior executive and leadership coach. Kate has practised as a coach internationally for over 14 years and brings a powerful blend of psychological depth combined with 12 years of senior level business experience to her work.
Kate's corporate career was predominantly with Diageo. She has lived and worked in Hungary, the USA, Latin America and the Netherlands as an international expatriate over a 15 year period. She speaks four languages. She became interested in the psychology of leadership and performance at work as a General Manager herself. Kate later undertook a BSc in Psychology, trained as a coach and later as an accredited coaching supervisor.
Kate is determined to help leaders create high impact sustainable behavioural change. The hallmark of Kate's work is helping clients generate insight and translate this to action quickly. She coaches at INSEAD, the global business school, has coached at Wharton and in Singapore and China. She supervises other practitioners in the field and has published a range of articles about her work and her approach. Kate was a founder member on a worldwide panel of 50 coaches for the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
